I love it! Such nice colors and expressions. You can just feel the story behind this piece staring at you in the eye. Who is the falconer? Why does she have such an expression? She seems like a figure of action? A spy maybe? A ranger tasked with important message? Her face says she's worrying about something, she's anticipating something. But what?

Though... I would have liked a bit more depth perception for this piece seems somewhat flat. There are mountains and pits and valleys behind her but I don't really feel the difference in heights.
The detail on the birds is astounding. I love how painterly they look, yet you seem to capture each feather without it looking overly worked. I do suggest you try to show a little more movement in the birds. They seem a tad stiff. I'm really impressed with all the detail here.
